Your Tree’s Journey

We walk the North Carolina fields ourselves, examining each tree from every angle for beautiful shape, health, rich color, a well-formed leader, and fullness without conspicuous gaps. Each chosen tree is measured and tagged. As perfect as nature allows.

We arrange for our selected trees to be harvested later in the season, then transported from North Carolina to Houston under continuous refrigeration at 32°F.

Upon arrival, every tree receives a fresh cut and is placed in water. We water our trees daily and keep them baled in a shaded space, protected from direct sunlight, until their delivery or pickup day.

Our day begins at 4 a.m., selecting the trees scheduled for delivery or pickup. Each tree stays baled until that day, when we unwrap it, shake out loose needles and debris, wash it, and gently rebale it. Then it returns to water until departure or collection.

One final, personal inspection. Before any tree leaves with our delivery crew, Shoba personally inspects it once more—checking its shape and fullness against your requested profile, whether wide, narrow, or standard, and reviewing any special requests included with your order.

Our hand-selected collection is limited by design. Choose how yours comes to you.
