Your Trinity Reserve & Pickup
- Reserved according to your order selections. One of Trinity Tree Lot’s premium, hand-selected Fraser firs will be cared for in water until your scheduled pickup day. Trees are available in limited quantities.
- Mechanically shaken and washed. Before pickup, the tree is shaken and washed to remove dust and loose needles, then carefully inspected.
- Lightly baled for easier transport. The tree is prepared for your scheduled pickup. Trace our pickup process.
Tree Stand & Stability
- A properly fitted stand is essential. Trinity Premium Fraser firs are selected for lush, dense foliage and a classic, full conical shape, with substantial weight and generous branches.
- Match the stand to the tree. Stand selection must account for the tree’s weight, trunk diameter, and height. An unsuitable stand can allow the tree to lean or tip.
- Stand installation is not included with Reserve & Pick Up. When purchased with White Glove Delivery & Setup, Trinity’s custom wooden stand is fitted, adjusted, and secured by the installation team.
- Select, install, and maintain a suitable stand. Reserve & Pick Up customers are responsible for choosing and maintaining a stand suited to the tree’s weight, trunk diameter, and height.
- Retail stands may be available. Tree stands may be purchased separately at Trinity Tree Lot. Sizes and availability vary.
- Need help with a larger or heavier tree? If the tree feels larger or heavier than expected at pickup, please speak with the Trinity team. Express Door Delivery or White Glove Delivery & Setup may be available as an upgrade, subject to scheduling and availability. Additional delivery or setup charges will apply.
Pickup Day
- Arrive at the scheduled pickup time. Please have the order number available.
- Fresh cut available upon request. Place the tree in water promptly after the fresh cut. If watering will be delayed, have a fresh cut made at home just before placing the tree in water.
- Plan for transport. Bring a suitable vehicle. The Trinity team will assist with loading and provide vinyl string; cardboard is available while supplies last. Protective blankets and suitable restraints are welcome for added vehicle protection and to help secure the tree during transport.
- Have a stand ready. A stand and home installation are not included with Reserve & Pick Up. Have a properly fitted stand ready for arrival at home. * Trinity Tree Lot may have tree stands available for sale.
- Water promptly. Keep the cut end of the trunk submerged in water, check the water level regularly, and follow the tree care instructions.
- Need to change the pickup date? Please contact the Trinity team with the order number and preferred pickup date. Changes are subject to availability.
Caring for Your Fraser Fir
- Fresh cut and prompt watering. A fresh cut helps the tree take up water. When a fresh cut is made at Trinity Tree Lot upon request, place the trunk in water promptly upon arrival home. If watering will be delayed, have about ½ inch cut straight across the base of the trunk just before placing the tree in a properly fitted stand with water.
- Check water daily. Keep the cut end of the trunk submerged at all times. Check the water level frequently during the first few days and at least daily throughout the season.
- Use plain water. Plain tap water is sufficient. Additives such as sugar, aspirin, or bleach are not needed.
- Choose a cool location. Keep the tree away from fireplaces, radiators, heating vents, and direct heat. A cooler location helps reduce moisture loss.
- Light thoughtfully. Use lights rated for indoor tree use and inspect strands for damaged wires or connections. Turn tree lights off before leaving home or going to bed.
- Maintain stability. Follow the stand manufacturer’s instructions and check that the tree remains upright and secure. Avoid moving the tree once it has been installed and decorated.
- At the end of the season. Remove the tree when it becomes dry and follow local tree recycling or disposal guidelines. Trinity Tree Lot offers White Glove and Curbside Recycling as separately purchased services. Sign up to be notified when booking opens.
