•  Measured for height to the tip of the leader, on occasion depending on how farmer provides, may be 4" below leader

• Our trees are larger and heavier than most. Thus we make and sell our own stands, which include a water bowl.

• Depending on the size of the tree purchased, the width can go from 3-7ft and have a very full diameter.

• The taller the tree the greater the diameter, angle, and width

• Please ensure you have the space needed and order the correct size

• Measure the ceiling height 

• Determine the size of your topper, typically 6-12", leave room for it.

• Add approximately 3" for our stand and water bowl

• A good rule of thumb is to have at least 6" between the tree leader and your ceiling.  This accounts for a topper. 

• My ceiling is 9ft/ 108"

• An 8ft tree is 96" to 6" below leader

• Add 3" for the stand

• Add 4"-6" for the leader

• Be sure to take into account the size of your tree topper

• 96" TREE+3" STAND+6" TOPPER=105" (it leaves 3" from the ceiling)

• We can cut and adjust the tree, or a 7.5ft tree can be ordered. If a fuller tree is desired stay with ordering a 8ft tree.

• Over the years we have tried many stands, but due to the grandness of our trees we have found the stands which we build with 2x4 lumber and attach a water bowl, with a spike that goes thru the trunk is the safest option.

• We encourage you to use our stand, however, if you would like to use your own please have it available on the day of delivery

• Your delivery team will install the stand and have the liability waiver signed by the person who accepts and signs for the delivery and tree.

• If there is a gate code or unit number, please put this in the special notes when checking out.  

• Please provide a cell phone number and any alternative numbers to be contacted

• If someone else will be accepting the delivery, please provide their number in the note area as well.

• Please ensure someone will be home, to meet your delivery team  to show them where the tree will go and to sign paperwork.

• Clear the path and area tree will be placed. Please have all large furniture moved out of the way prior to delivery.

• Your delivery team will 30 mins in advance

• The delivery can be tracked by using the link sent the night before via email and text.

• Trees are a product of nature and once uprooted from the ground have an unpredictable life span.

• From selecting the tree to the cutting down, transporting, storage, and upon delivery to your home we take all measures to prolong the tree's life.

• Please help prolong your tree's life by choosing a spot that doesn't have:

1. Direct sunlight
2. A heat vent directly above the tree or pointed towards the tree
3. Near a fireplace or portable heater.

• Your personal delivery team will come in and measure the ceiling. 

• Please discuss any special requirements with them, ie Tree topper, cutting down leader...

• The tree will be given a fresh cut, which helps the tree to take in water.

• A stand and water bowl will be attached to the tree

• The tree will be placed in the chosen spot, and the bowl filled with warm water.

• Our delivery teams are well trained.  If they are not satisfied with the quality of the tree they will let you know there is an issue, come back to our location, and bring back another tree.

• If you are not happy with your tree please discuss your concern with the lead delivery individual. We want to ensure you are satisfied and or discuss your concern and resolve it.

• Your safety is important.  Check all light and wiring for broken bulbs and frayed wires.

• Don't overload electrical outlets, even if a surge protector is used

• Never string more that 3 strands of lights together

• Always turn off lights before going to bed or leaving home. Never leave lights unattended.

• Trees are a product of nature and once uprooted from the ground have an unpredictable life span.

• Water, Water, Water

• Once it is in your home please, make sure there is not a direct source of sunlight or heat near, directed, or above the tree.

• Please keep a close eye on your tree and it's waterbowl to see if after 24-36 hours it has taken in water.

• All ornaments and lights need to be removed prior to pick up.
