Plans change, we understand, refunds for canceled tree orders; are allowed, however, new credit card merchant policies
do not refund a retailer the 3% processing fee, thus if you need to cancel your order prior to the delivery date, we will be happy to refund your purchase, with the exception of the 3%. We hope you understand. Thank you.
- Christmas Trees are a product of nature, once uprooted from the earth, they need special care by retailer & purchaser. (Please refer to care instructions here or provided with each tree upon delivery.)
- If you are not happy with your tree, please let your delivery crew know prior to them leaving, and we will be happy to schedule another delivery
- If you have any concerns about the tree not taking in water please contact us.
- Our main priority is to pick the best trees, ensure freshness, but most importantly that our clients' are satisfied. Please feel free to email or call with any concerns. We are here to work with you and make things right!
- Please note, signing for the tree after delivered and setup, is an acceptance of the tree.
- We understand your Christmas Tree is an important part of an endearing family tradition, however nature can be unpredictable, and although we do all it takes to keep the trees alive and fresh to make it past Christmas, there are times we do not have control. Please reach out for tree concerns prior to the tree drying out or prior to, when it is dead. We care!
