We Hand Select all of our Premium Trees, a tree is reserved for you when ordering online. However, we welcome you to our facility.

• 1. We have been bringing trees to Houston for 40+ years! Most of our clients have been with us for 10 or more years, and continue to buy year after year.  
• 2. ALL of our clients DO NOT get to see their trees prior to delivery, thus we CAN NOT afford to provide anything but the best and freshest tree!
• 3. Each and every tree is handpicked and must meet the 5 Pope Tree Criteria, in order to be picked as a POPE TREE, thus ensuring it to be a tree of the highest quality and premium grade.

• We carry from tabletop to 16ft tall North Carolina Fraser Firs.
• Please measure your ceilings and order accordingly. Leave space for a tree topper.
• The taller the tree, the wider. We can always trim the tree as well.

• Our trees are larger, wider, & fuller than most trees on the market. We build our own stands to sustain the weight and mitigate any potential hazards.
• A leak-proof water bowl is added to the stand, to protect your floors, and to hold a substantial quantity of water.

Our trees sell out quickly, thus the dates for delivery spots also close out. We try our hardest to accommodate emergencies and date change requests however dates are usually full and closed for most changes.

• The night before your scheduled delivery an email and text reminder will be sent with a tentative 2-hour window for the next day. Your delivery driver will call 30 mins prior to let you know he is on his way.
• In addition the email and text will contain a link which becomes live once your 2 hour window begins, and allows you to see where your delivery driver is and an expected eta.
• Our office staff tries to watch all delivery routes live and if there is an extensive delay they will reach out to you.

• Please ensure the water bowl is full or has a substantial amount of water at all times!
• Mark and or check to ensure tree is drinking water. If the level does not go down after 1-3 days call us. Sometimes depending on the amount of rain the trees got, they may not drink at first, because they were adequately hydrated prior to cutting.
• To ensure the tree's needles do not dry out please ensure direct sunlight and heat from a vent or fireplace are not aimed or close to the tree.
• Over the years we have noticed the heat standard incandescent Christmas lights emit tends to dry out the branches of the Christmas tree. They are also a fire hazard. Please try to use led.

• Sometimes if the tree is well hydrated from rain during the season, it may not take in water for the first 1-3 days.
• Keep a close eye on the level of water in the bowl. If it has not taken any water in on day 2 or 3 please email us info@trinitytreelot.com
