What size removal should you order?

Please Order the removal service for the same tree size purchased. If A size reminder is needed please email . All removal service purchases are verified with original tree purchase. If the wrong size removal service is chosen office staff will reach prior to scheduled pickup.

Do we take off the ornaments?

No, all ornaments need to be removed prior to scheduled pickup date

Do we provide light removal?

We offer a light removal service, however it is for disposal only . The tree is taken away with lights on and prior to be recycled the lights are cutout and disposed of.

Will the water be removed from the bowl?

Yes, we use a wet vac and remove the water

What do we do with the tree?

The tree is recycled and made into mulch. if a stand was purchased the wood is recycled also. The plastic bowl is recycled as well.
