YOUR WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SETUP
- Thoughtfully prepared. On delivery morning, the tree is washed, mechanically shaken, and inspected before leaving Trinity Tree Lot.
- A fresh cut and secure stand. At the delivery address, the tree receives a fresh cut and is secured outside in a purchased Trinity Tree Lot stand or a customer-provided stand that meets the installation requirements.
- Carefully brought indoors. The team carries the tree indoors and places 6-mil protective plastic beneath the stand.
- Positioned and finished. The tree is positioned and straightened, the remaining baling is removed, the branches are gently arranged, and water is added.
- Stand purchased separately. A Trinity Tree Lot stand is a separate purchase and is not included in the tree price.
- Before the team leaves. Please confirm the tree’s position and preferred profile before installation is signed off.
TREE STAND & STABILITY
- A properly fitted stand is essential. Trinity Premium Fraser firs can be substantial in weight and width. Stand selection must account for the tree’s weight, trunk diameter, and height.
- The Trinity Tree Lot stand. When purchased with White Glove Delivery & Setup, the custom wooden stand includes a water bowl and braces fitted, adjusted, and secured by the installation team.
- Using a customer-provided stand. Installation is subject to the crew determining that the stand meets the installation requirements. Please have the stand out of storage with all parts ready before arrival.
- Missing parts or an unsuitable stand. Please contact the Trinity team ahead of delivery to arrange a Trinity Tree Lot stand purchase if needed. The crew may decline installation if a customer-provided stand is unsuitable.
- Customer-provided stand acknowledgment. Customers using a customer-provided stand acknowledge responsibility for its suitability and the tree’s ongoing care and stability when ordering. The crew will also provide an acknowledgment form to be signed during delivery.
- After installation. Do not push or kick the water bowl, adjust the braces, or attempt to reposition the installed tree. Please contact the Trinity team if assistance is needed with placement or stability.
YOUR DELIVERY DAY
- Confirmation and reminders. An email confirmation is sent after ordering. A reminder is sent the evening before delivery by email and, when a valid mobile number has been provided, by text.
- Prepare the delivery path. Clear a path to the intended tree location and move furniture, fragile items, and other obstacles so the team has room to work.
- Have the stand ready. Any customer-provided stand must be out of storage with all parts available before the crew arrives.
- An adult must be present. The customer or an authorized adult must be home during the delivery window to confirm placement and sign off on installation.
- Delivery tracking. The tracking link becomes active approximately two hours before the scheduled delivery. A Trinity driver will also attempt to call about 30 minutes before arrival.
- Arrival updates. Weather, high-rise deliveries, access issues, and other unforeseen circumstances can affect arrival times. Please check the live tracking link for updates.
- Need a different delivery date or time? Please contact the Trinity team with the order number and preferred new date or time. Changes are subject to availability.
CARING FOR YOUR FRASER FIR
- Check water daily. Water is added during White Glove installation. Keep the cut end of the trunk submerged at all times. Check the water level frequently during the first few days and at least daily throughout the season.
- Use plain water. Plain tap water is sufficient. Additives such as sugar, aspirin, or bleach are not needed.
- Choose a cool location. Keep the tree away from fireplaces, radiators, heating vents, and direct heat. A cooler location helps reduce moisture loss.
- Light thoughtfully. Use lights rated for indoor tree use and inspect strands for damaged wires or connections. Turn tree lights off before leaving home or going to bed.
- Maintain stability. Avoid moving the tree once installed. Do not push or kick the water bowl or adjust the stand’s braces. Please contact the Trinity team if the tree appears unstable or the stand needs attention.
- At the end of the season. Remove the tree when it becomes dry and follow local tree recycling or disposal guidelines. Trinity Tree Lot offers White Glove Recycling and Curbside Recycling as separately purchased services. Sign up to be notified when booking opens.
